Villa La Estancia is located 28 miles south of the airport. It is beachfront, on Playa Medano, about one mile to Cabo San Lucas town, and the marina. It is next door to the Villa del Palmar.

Deluxe garden or ocean view rooms have two queen beds, bathroom, coffee maker, wetbar and patio or balcony..
One bedroom garden or ocean view suites have one king bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, two baths, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace/balcony.
Two bedroom garden or ocean view suites have one king bedroom, two doubles in the connecting bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room, three bathrooms, full kitchen and private terrace/balcony.
All rooms have ceiling fans, bathroom with hair dryer, iron, radio alarm clock, satellite tv with movies, in room safe.
