The Sheraton Buganvillas is located in the heart of the hotel zone, 10 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes to downtown Puerto Vallarta.

Fantastic beachfront, luxury property. There are ten open style buildings surrounded by lush gardens, waterfalls, and beautiful Banderas Bay. A multi million dollar rennovation was completed in 2004.

There are 600 air conditioned rooms of different categories:
Studio - Located in the suites building, ocean view, with queen murphy bed (folds out from wall), separate couch & sitting area, small kitchenette, shower only. Maximum occupancy is 2.
Resort Rooms - located in the main & suites building, oceanview, with 2 double or 1 king bed.
Occupancy limited to 4, with a maximum of 3 adults or 2 kids.
Tower Rooms - oceanview, on the top 2 floors, with butler service and access to VIP lounge serving continental breakfast and complimentary appetizers and wine 5-6pm. Occupancy limited to 4 persons with maximum of 3 adults or 2 kids.
One Bedroom Suites - are a combination of the studio and resort rooms. Occupancy limited to 4 persons with maximum of 3 adults or 2 kids.
Children 17 years and under stay free.
Adjoining rooms by request only, not confirmed in advance. Balconies are on the 1st-4th and 12-14th floors only. All suites have a terrace.
Rollaways available in resort/tower rooms only at $30/nt addtl. Cribs free. Room service 7am-11pm.

La Pergola is a casual poolside snack bar.
La Villita is an informal Mexican specialty restaurant with open-air and inside dining, open for breakfast and lunch.
Las Gaviotas offers gourmet international cuisine in an ocean view setting for dinner only.

This is a modern, clean, beautiful property that draws and upscale clientele. It is close to downtown, and convenient to sightseeing, restaurants, and night clubs.
