There are 433 air conditioned rooms in a 9 story building, each having either garden or ocean views, with private balcony, either two double beds or one king sized bed, minibar, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, safe, satellite tv, 24hr room service. Occupancy limited to 5, with a maximum of 4 adults or 3 kids. Adjoining rooms on request at check in. Cribs & rollaways are available at no charge. All rooms were completely rennovated in August 2004. Handicapped rooms also available.

There are four restaurants:
Las Casitas - Is an open air ocean view restaurant & bar adjacent to the pool & beach, featuring tropical drinks, snacks, seafood, sandwiches and burgers.
Mikado - Is a Japanese steakhouse & sushi bar.
La Estancia - Serves buffet breakfast, and American favorites & Mexican specialties a la carte for lunch & dinner. USDA beef, and outdoor patio seating is available.
Champions - Sports bar televising national and international sporting events with an original menu.
Champions and Mikado are considered among the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta.
Some restaurants require reservations and have a dress code. Men wear slacks and a nice shirt.
Optional all inclusive plan includes accommodations, taxes, gratuities, all food, all drinks. In room mini bar & deli is not included in this plan.

There is one large infinity swimming pool, with a swim up bar. Separate childrens pool. The grounds are perfectly maintained and gorgeous!

This hotel is beautifully appointed & maintained.
The rooms are very nice, and have been recently rennovated. The hotel caters to upscale clients.
The hotel is in a quiet location.
The beach is small, but enjoys incredible views of Banderas Bay. Also a great hotel for meetings.
