This Five star hotel is recognized as one of the best all-inclusive resorts in the tropics. There 35 acres of lush tropical gardens, 3/4 mile of white sand beach, and an excellent never ending swimming pool with two swim up bars. Great dining, and plenty of activities to choose from.

7 restaurants. International buffet with show cooking, open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night snacks. Dress code requires shirts with sleeves and proper foot wear. Specialty restaurants include Mexican, Mediterranean serving mainly fish and seafood specialties, Japanese, Brazillian, and an open air restaurant serving grill and steak specialties. Same day reservations required. Dress code at all restaurants, men wear dress slacks with collar shirts and proper foot wear. The snack bar and grill is near the pool and beach and is open during the day. Swimsuit cover up or t-shirt and proper foot wear is required.

Standard rooms have two double beds or one king bed, bathroom with shower, hair dryer, ceiling fan, mini bar, in-room safe, satellite tv, and private terrace or balcony. Most rooms are garden view. Junior Suites are slightly larger, with coffee maker and iron/ironing board, some with ocean view. Cribs available. No rollaways. Adjoining rooms can be requested, but never guaranteed. Room service 11am to 11pm.

Good to Know |
|
|
This an excellent hotel for families, couples, and groups. The rooms are comfortable, and the food is good. It is also a very large hotel. The Paraiso del Mar section of the hotel is on one side of the property, and the Paraiso Beach section of the hotel (marketed separately) is on the other side. Both share the same facilities. Families with younger children should be sure to take an umbrella stroller.
Guests staying at the Iberostar Paraiso del Mar or Paraiso Beach do not have access to the Lindo, or to the Paraiso Maya.
